The problem with what prosecutor Welch states with Mr. Guevara just having the notes to remember dates, but the transcript clearly shows he had struggle understanding basic concepts like closing or had problems pronouncing basic English. His testimony looked overdone and like he was coached and was told what to say word for word. Not to mention during his testimony it clearly showed that the prosecution was asking a question he wanted answered (LEADING the WITNESS), then Mr. Guevara would just reply with a yes or no answer.
Prosecutor Welch tried to paint Mr. Guevara as the victim. He then stated rather unprofessionally, Barbara should have been mad at that bank. Actually, as the testimony shows. Mr. Guevara is not capable of being the master mind behind a huge fraud scam like this. He is just a pawn for the banks, loan companies, real estate agencies, county governments, etc.
