In the original police report Miguel Elmer, a rookie cop was actually concerned about Barbara Bratton’s case. He called U.S Bank and spoke with a customer service representative. They did not have any record of Barbara Bratton or the location address.
It should be known that this complaint that by law, Barbara Bratton had a right to file, was filed eleven months before her criminal complaint was filed. This appears to be RETALITORY. Barbara only filed a complaint with the O.P.D on 6/28/2012 after her grievances and concerns were ignored. Brian Hurst filed his false charges against Barbara on 5/21/2013.
