Mr. Hurst did not say anything brand new that he did not say on 09/30/2015 when he first testified about his complaint. He identified Barbara officially in court. He described the first time he had contact with her in 2012 when she filed a report with Corporal Rivera and Officer Miguel Gomez of the Ontario Police Department, regarding her fraudulent foreclosure. Mr. Hurst explained at some point this report came to his desk and him and a few colleagues decided it was purely a CIVIVIL MATTER. Mr. Hurst then explained that he advised Ms. Bratton to contact the Attorney General’s Office, which she did, and the Real Estate Fraud Unit, which she did; but the Ontario Police Department were not going to investigate, because there was no crime. Mr. Hurst was then asked if at some point he came across Salvador Guevara? Mr. Hurst replied that Mr. Guevara contacted him about a property THAT HE SUPPOSEDLY BOUGHT IN FORECLOSURE. Mr. Guevara stated that he was searching properties he owned, HE believed it was early 2013, when he noticed his property had BEEN DEEDED BACK TO HIM. He made a report with Officer Alavarez. Mr. Hurst stated that Mr. Guevara also had documentation to support his claim. We now KNOW THAT ALL OF THIS DOCUMENTATION WAS FRAUDEULENT AND BARBARA BRATTON INTENDS TO PROVE IT.
Vance Welch then presented exhibit 4 and 5 which were a CORRECTION GRANT DEED AND A WARRANTY DEED. HE WENT ON TO SAY THAT THESE DOCUMENTS CAUSED GRAVE CONCERN TO MR. GUEVARA BECAUSE THEY WERE CERTIFIED BY THE COUNTY. Mr. Hurst the explained how Ms. Bratton corrected the property back to herself and then signed it over to herself a second time. Barbara did this only after she had proof of fraud perpetrated against her and her home.
