For the RECORD, before the Prehearing Trial Barbara had never heard of David Alan Boucher. She had a mailbox with UPS for the Bratton family business for over 20 years at 154-A W. Foothill Blvd number 156, in Upland California. After her first eviction, at some point she started having her personal mail forwarded to my UPS mailbox. Little did she know that there was a mailbox there for David Allen Boucher, that was labeled as the law offices of David Allan Boucher. We discovered that David Alan Boucher’s mailbox was number 136. She do not know how long he had it for prior to that point or at any point in time.
Prosecutor Welch and the Ontario Police thought that David Alan Boucher was a real lawyer, that he had a law office at that address where there were just mailboxes, or that that Barbara was a SOVEREIGN CITIZEN HELPING HIM STEAL HOMES. This was a horrible mistake that was NEVER CORRECTED ON THE RECORD. When investigators finally went to the address and found out that all of their assumptions were FALSE, they turned the paperwork over to prosecutor Vance WELCH to show him that his ALLEGATIONS WERE BLATANTLY FALSE.
When Welch stated this about Barbara Bratton’s ties to David Alan Boucher, he DID NOT EVEN KNOW HE HAD EVIDENCE TO SHOW HIM THAT IT WAS ONLY A UPS STORE, AND NOT THIS HUGE CONSPIRACY HE WAS HOPING FOR. When he discovered this, he quickly started back peddling and stated that Barbara was NOT A FULL-BLOWN MEMBER BUT SHE PRACTICED SOVEREIGN IDEOLOGY.
For the record. Barbara Bratton has never in her entire life been a part of a gang. There is also no documentation that substantiates this claim. There was no need for her to be treated or even compared to a gang member. THIS WAS HIGHLY PREJUDICIAL!
