On page 94 of the testimony below, you see Mr. Hurst back pedaling stating that he was just going to say, “JUST SO YOU KNOW I FEEL FOR YOU.” When in actuality he might have said anything. Being a normal civilian, this type of behavior might be expected. A veteran supposedly SAVY COP, this type of behavior should have called for an IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL. Retired cops testifying for the prosecution DO NOT NEED TO BE COMMUNICATING WITH THE JURY IN ANY FORM OR FASHION.

Mr. Hurst according to people in the courtroom and other verifiable evidence, APPEARED AS IF MR. HURST OWNED THE COURTROOM. HE HAD AN ARROGANCE ABOUT HIM. THIS MAKES COMPLETE SENSE BECAUSE ONLY AN AROGANT UNSOPHISTICATED PERSON WOULD TRY AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE JURY.
