The Jurors were polled and asked the question “Do you think that statement is and of itself would have any impact on you as a juror in your ability to be a fair juror in this case? All of the jurors stated that they would still be able to be a fair juror, SO THE TRIAL CONTINUED. All WE HAVE to say is that if Barbara tried to communicate with the jury, we are pretty sure the outcome would have been different than brushing it off like the court did in this instance with Mr. Hurst.
