First, I want to say all Glory to GOD, I do not think I would have been able to make it through arguably the last and hardest decade of my entire life if it was not for my FAITH. I would also like to thank my family and friends for always giving me strength and always standing by my side through this fight against PURE EVIL. Lastly, to the thousands of people in San Bernardino and Riverside County, the millions of people in the United States, and people all over the world who have fallen prey to mortgage fraud, illegal foreclosure fraud, and predatory loans, YOU’RE NOT ALONE. Together we can fight this systematic corruption.
My story begins at my long-life family home in Ontario California. Prior to my Ontario home being illegally foreclosed upon in 2012 I lived at that same Ontario address for 38 years. My Father and Mother first purchased our beautiful home in November of 1974, I was 17, so I accompanied them right away. I first acquired an ownership interest in my parent’s property in 1987. I then acquired sole legal title to my parents’ home in 2005.
When my father died in 1986, my mother grant deeded my sister Brenda and myself onto the property about three months later in December of 1987. Brenda was on the property deed with me and my mother until 1993, until she got married, then she came off of the home. Twelve years later in 2005 my mother came off of the title leaving me as the sole owner of the family home.
No less than three months later after barely being the sole owner of OUR BRATTON family home that had been in my family name for almost half a century, MY LIFE and MY FAMILY’S LIFE would CHANGE FOREVER………… THIS STORY WILL BE TOLD IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER STARTING FROM THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT.
