In the original police report Miguel Elmer, a rookie cop was actually concerned about my case. He called U.S Bank and spoke with a customer service representative. They did not have any record of Barbara Bratton or the location address.
It should be known that this complaint that I by law have a right to file, was filed eleven months before my criminal complaint was filed. This appears to be RETALITORY. I only filed a complaint with the Ontario Police Department on 6/28/2012 after my grievances and concerns were ignored. As you will see my complaint predated Brian Hurt’s by almost a year. Brian Hurst filed his false charges against me on 5/21/2013.
