Rhonda Pfeiffer is an assistant assessor with San Bernardino County. She told the court that she oversees the creation of the annual assessment roll for property tax purposes that include all real properties, personal property, that generates property tax bills annually. She explained the duties of the Assessor’s office in regard to Barbara Bratton’s home.
