While I was waiting and praying for my family members offer on my home to potentially be accepted, I came across information stating that there was a GRANT DEED stating that THE HOME BELONGED TO ROSELA GUEVARA. This prompted me to go to the F.B.I. During the time prior to this eviction, I was receiving an abundance of mail telling her (Rosela Guevara) WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD with different types of advertisements. There were a lot of documents, and they were coming in rapidly. I then went to Chicago Title and had them pull a property profile.
On March 16, 2009, I went to SHP to discuss this, I WAS TOLD IT WAS A MISTAKE and that they were going to let me and my family back in the house. I was supposed to be out on March 16, and the furniture in the home had to be out by April 9th. The movers showed up on March 26th two weeks before they were actually supposed to. I then went to United States Representative for California’s 35th congressional district Norma Torre’s office and her representative contacted SHP on my behalf. I was let back into my home on April 8th.
On April 8th I was going to contact SHP to see if I could get more time to move my belongings out of my home. To my surprise Ally from SHP told me that she had been looking for me for two weeks to give me the keys to let me back in, and that THEY HAD TO STOP ALL PROCEEDINGS. Lonny from SHP gave me the keys on April 8th, 2009. After April 8th I did not receive any information from SPS where I needed to make payments on my home. At this time even though it had been hard I was still barely able to make the payments, to try and get THIS NIGHTMARE BEHIND ME.
After April 8th I tried contacting SPS to find out where I send payment. I never received any instruction on this. During this time, I had my attorney file a lawsuit in the Superior Court of San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga. This was a LAWSUIT FILED FOR FRAUD!
