Barbara Bratton’s public defender at the time Randall Isaeff started off with asking Mr. Guevara if he did any research on the Bratton home before he purchased it? Mr. Guevara replied in the affirmative and that was the standard practice of him and his wife who had been in the business combined for more than thirty-five years and at the time the owner and broker of CENTURY REAL ESTATE & LOANS. He then stated at the time he checked that the house belonged to U.S Bank. THIS WAS A FLAT-OUT LIE AND Barbara Bratton had/s proof.

Next, Mr. Isaeff asked Mr. Guevara if he WAS AWARE IF HIS WIFE EVER WAS SHOWN TO BE ON THE TITLE OF THE PROPERTY IN 2009? Mr. Guevara admitted that in 2008 there was an issue with that. Mr. Guevara eventually ADMITTED TO THE FACT MS. Bratton BROUGHT A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIS WIFE REGARDING THIS 2009 ISSUE OF ROSELA GUEVARA MAGICALLY APPEARING ON THE BRATTON HOUSE DEED AS THE OWNER.

Mr. Guevara stating that Ms. Bratton THREATENED him was an absolute lie.

At this point in time, and ever since Mr. Guevara FRAUDULENTLY purchased Barbara Bratton’s HOME in 2012, he has, or his wife had been in litigation with Barbara about FRAUD and HER HOME. Although the prosecution tries to separate the two instances with her home, WE CONSIDER THEM LINKED AND TREATED THEM SO. No one in their right mind would not have done the exact same thing Barbara did if they found out that a person got placed on the deed of their home then later their house got sold under suspicious circumstances to the same person’s husband.

Mr. Isaeff brought up the fact that the supposed mistake from 2008 was in fact still in litigation when Mr. Guevara took the witness stand in 2012.
