Solutions

Solutions come in all shapes, sizes, and different types of people. This problem that plagues us is not a one size fits all. Every person and situation is unique. The more people we have contributing to the solution or possible answers…… The faster we reach possible solutions by holding people and institutions accountable, the faster we FIX this Amercian Nightmare. These are some but not limited to all possible solutions, education, and partnerships to COMBAT and Fix the American Foreclosure Conspiracy.
  • Creation of the GOVERNMENT VINDICATION PROSECUTION FUND- A legal defense fund/Law Practice/Group of likeminded people- With the sole purpose of helping/ guiding/providing free legal service to anyone who was intentionally, willfully, or knowingly Hurt by the Government.
  • Updated Federal rules, mitigation, and disciplinary procedures for the mortgage, real estate, and banking industry.
  • A TWO and DONE policy in the banking, real estate, and mortgage fields if a person or institution is caught being fraudulent in any manner in regard to the mortgage or any of its processes. In the PUBLIC SERVICE field it is a one and done because of the nature of Government/Public Service. First time a public official is caught it is an automatic ten years in prison and total disbarment and ejection from the profession.
  • Legislation that puts no statute of limitation on the criminal conviction of the crime of mortgage, real estate, bank, lending, or foreclosure fraud.
  • CANCELLATION of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) is an American privately held corporation. MERS is a separate and distinct corporation that serves as a nominee on mortgages after the turn of the century and is owned by holding company MERSCORP Holdings, Inc., which owns and operates an electronic registry known as the MERS system, which is designed to track servicing rights and ownership of mortgages in the United States. MERS is an agent for lenders without any reference to MERS as a principal. On October 5, 2018, Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE) and MERS announced that ICE had acquired all of MERS.
  • The ELIMINATION of pooling various types of contractual debt (residential mortgages) A.K.A the SECURITIZATION OF MORTGAGES.
  • Automatic disbarment and ten years in prison for any lawyer caught engaging, conspiring, or facilitating in the practice of mortgage, foreclosure, or real estate fraud.
  • Law that prohibits, fines, and imprisons mortgage servicers or lenders who re arranges their company and changes its name, but continues their criminal behavior.
  • Any person who is caught acquiring a home by fraudulent means will serve a mandatory five-year prison term, return the home, pay restitution, and have an automatic CIVIL TORT CHARGE OF  INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS against them. (Salvador Guevera)-current fraudulent owner)
  • Reintroduction of the Glass-Steagall Act, part of the Banking Act of 1933 was enacted by congress in response to the numerous banking failures that occurred during the early stages of the Depression. Congress believed that the bank failures resulted from speculative bank activities caused by close connection between commercial and investment banking.
  • Creation of COMITTEE to INVESTIGATE the reason why fraudulent paperwork still plagues unlawful detainer courts and county recorders offices throughout the United States as well as understand why this KNOWN FRAUDULENT paperwork is still being used.
  • Creation of LAW and or JUDICIAL COMMITTEE or PANEL JUDGES To INVESTIGATE the long-term effect of Flawed Judicial decisions from every level of the US COURT system based off of FRAUDULENT PAPERWORK used to perpetrate the American Foreclosure Conspiracy.
  • Invalidate the Secondary Mortgage Market Enhancement Act. The Secondary Mortgage Market Enhancement Act of 1984 was an Act of Congress intended to improve the marketability of private label mortgage-backed security passthroughs. This act eliminated the band on private banks selling mortgage-backed securities.
  • Blockchain Technology: Can help combat and possibly solve many problems with United States home ownership. Illegal Mortgage, Foreclosure, and real estate fraud being some of the biggest problems.

California Legislation that TARGETS

  • Ease, accessibility, and manipulation of documents at County recorder’s office.
  • The illegal/unnecessary role the San Bernardino County Sheriff plays in the eviction process.
  • Changes to the California Evidence Code with regards to admissibility, authenticity, and degree of evidence that would change the outcome of the case in regard to Defendant’s representing themselves PRO SE.
  • Database that tracks people, companies, and banks who engage in predatory mortgage practices and ensures they are not doing business in the state or in another under a different name.
  • Formation of the OFFICE of the INSPECTOR GENERAL’S (O.I.G) at the county level with the sole job of looking into the civic/public administration actions of the leaders with no ties to any one agency. Los Angeles has such an office. SEE
  • Law that bans any public administration professional from retiring with a pension if they are in any way associated with allowing, turning a blind eye, not investigating, promoting, facilitating, predatory lending practices, real estate, mortgage, and foreclosure fraud. This involves any public official in any capacity.
  • Any public official who knowingly conspires to VIOLATE CA GOV CODE s27388 is banned from public service FOR LIFE.
  • Any State Attorney General that does not press charges against major banking institutions, entity, or person, when they have clear evidence of fraud, such as when Kamala Harris declined to charge Steven T. Mnuchin and OneWest Bank.  They lose their Generalship and depending on evidence, could face criminal prosecution.
