South Hills Properties, Select Portfolio Services, REALTOR OWNED PROPERTY (REO) & The F.B.I. (44)

When I called SPS I spoke to a lady who indeed told me that my payment was rejected. I asked to speak to someone above her, which I did. A gentleman then told me that SPS JUST PURCHASED THE HOME AS A REO AND THAT THEY WERE GOING FORWARD WITH THE EVICTION. REO means when a service provider takes it back from foreclosure, it goes into their REO department, which is REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE BANK. During this time, I was being coached by the attorney I had been using and I was at the library trying to teach myself anything I could learn about this horrible situation I was going through. She assisted me with trying to arrange a family member to purchase my home. At this time, I asked her to try and negotiate a repurchase price.

I was then told to contact SHP by SPS regarding a re-purchase. SHP then told me to send the offer to them. I sent the offer. One family member of mine attempted to by my home. I NEVER GOT ANY INFORMATION FROM SPS OR MY ATTORNEY THAT THE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED. February 2009 was when I got my next notice that I was being evicted. I then in the same month directed my attorney to take action for fraud. SHE FILED A LAWSUIT FOR FRAUD. My attorney named U.S Bank, First Franklin, and SPS as the defendants.

On February 5th, 2009, I had yet another unlawful detainer hearing. My attorney was present with me, and another writ of possession was handed down upon my property. Select Portfolio Services was the issuer. I was told ONCE AGAIN THAT I HAD TO LEAVE MY HOUSE. My eviction date was March 16th, 2009. During this time, I am still waiting to hear about the offer my family member had made on my home to keep my home.
