Above we see the judge ask Salvador Guevara’s attorney if he checked for any Liz Pendens (Formal Notice of Pending Action) on Barbara Bratton’s home? Steven Ray Garcia from law firm Knap, Peterson & Clark said when he was doing research on Barbara’s home for his client who fraudulently, he said he did not find the Liz Pendens Barbara had on the home because he believed it was not relevant. Liz Pendens is not a TRANSFER OF TITLE. Barbara filed a Liz Pendens just to formally let people know there was something not right going on with her home.

We also see the judge ask the states real estate expert if a person transfers a piece of property that they have tittle to into a living trust does it cause an additional step in the foreclosure process? The Mr. Cloud said no. By the attorney answering with a no, it shows that Barbara did nothing wrong by putting her home into a trust, or if she thought about doing it, or by filing a Liz Pendens, which Barbara legally had the right to do.

Part of the DA’s case was to make it look like Barbara Bratton frivolously and obstructively filed paperwork to back up the process of anything pertaining to the home because she was some disgruntled person mad at the world because they LEGALLY lost their home. We now know this was not the case.
