Above we see the prosecution try to treat me like a child and respond to me in a condescending way. The prosecution must not have been aware but all of the big banks including Citi Bank in my case have committed fraud against homeowners. There is no debating this absolute truth.
Above we see the prosecution treat me like a criminal because I have refinanced my home to draw money out. The prosecution was trying to say, “hey she has done this before, this is not her first rodeo, she is an expert at this.” When in reality I was just doing what every day normal Americans do every day.
Below we see the prosecution trying to paint me as someone who just uses refinancing homes as a personal piggy bank. Many of the times I refinanced I did it just to get a better rate and along with that I also took out money. This was totally irrelevant because I AM ALLOWED TO DO THAT AS THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF THE HOME.
At the middle of page 321 above to 322 below you hear me explain what I was being told when I was SIGNING BLANK DOCUMENTS assuming that they had my best interest at heart. Then on 322 you see the question where I am asked “IF I ALWAYS SIGN DOCUMENTS WITHOUT READING THEM? The bottom line is that whether I read them or not, FRAUD IS FRAUD, AND NOT BEING HONEST IN YOUR REPRESENTATIONS DOES NOT CHANGE DEPENDING ON WHETHER OR NOT SOMEONE READ SOMETHING.
ME GOING OFF OF THE REPRESNTATION THAT I WAS GIVEN DOES NOT MEAN I AM A CRIMINAL OR LACK SOMETHING, IT MEANS I AM LIKE MOST AMERICANS WHEN IT COMES TO SPECIALIZED AREAS LIKE THIS, WE OUTSOURCE THIS TYPE OF REQUIRED WORK TO THE SO-CALLED EXPERTS! We also believe them to have our best interest at heart. I was fatally wrong in this instance.
Below on page 323 lines 7-28 you see me having to explain to the prosecution THAT BEING SOLICITED BY FRAUDULENT MEANS, INTENTIONS, and TACTICS is different than something like this happening organically. For example, SPS hires a person on a work visa who takes over a section/ branch of the company and does this to me because he was a corrupt rogue mortgage officer who fell through the cracks. Even then, this type of corrupt stealing of my home, COULD NOT BE PERPERTRATED BY ONE PERSON. Too many moving parts. This in my opinion, screams conspiracy, AND I AM ON A MISSION TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH.
